Consultant Anesthesiology

Main duties & Responsibilities: 

1. Provide high quality Anesthesia care to the patient clientele.
2. Provide consultation services to patients as requested.
3. Supervise Anesthetists of lower grades, with particular reference to staff physicians.
4. Teach and supervise residents in the Anesthesia Residency Program.
5. Participate in departmental and hospital teaching activities.
6. Participate in initiate research activities.
7. Participate in the quality improvement and reviews conducted by the Department of Anesthesia.
8. Perform other job related duties

Education:

• Graduation from a recognized medical school of good standing. E
• Completion of required period of training in Anesthesia and/or subspecialty of anesthesia, with Saudi/Arab or North American / European board Certification / Membership / Fellowship status or equivalent. E

Work Experience:

Minimum of 4 (four) years post certification experience in anesthesia preferably with 1 (One) year North American / European / Australian experience.

• English Language: Level I
• Arabic Language: Preferred   
• Computer Skills: Level ll
