1-He Is governed by the responsibilities outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws.
2-Provides the highest quality of surgical care within Plastic Surgery.
3- Operate in the OR within his approved privileges.
4- Physically present in the OR 10 assess and supervise his assistant to conduct surgery when his assistant has no approved privileges to carry out the procedure under the category of Solo in the privileges form.
5- Expected to be present and productive during the normal working hours.
6- To be available for contact at any time while in town.
7- Carry on administrative duties as assigned by the Section Head, Chairman of Surgery or the Executive Director, Medical Services, CR.
8- Continuously upgrades his academic requirements and skills by actively participating in the c-0ntinuing medical education program in the hospital.
9- Involves in the instruction and education of the residents.
10.Encouraged 10 undertake research activities.
11.Reports to the department chairman through his division head.
12.Attends and participates in division meetings and rounds.
13.Attends and participates in all educational program of the division and other meetings as requested by the Section Head or Chairman of Surgery.
14.Attends and participates in the department of surgery meeting.
15.Attendance of collective division activities should not be less than 75 percent.
16.Meet the CME requirements of Saudi specialization.
18.Responsible for submitting approved TRA by the Section Head, to block his clinic or provide approved coverage by
19- Completing the clinic blocking form through the proper chain of command and blocking the OR prior 20. submitting the TRA to the Chairman for final approval. Ensure approval of proper TRA by the Chairman before going on leave.
20- Maintain the spirit of teamwork in the Division of Plastic Surgery.
21- Participates in the ongoing quality management program.
22- Perform other related duties as assigned.
المهارات
Graduate from a medical school recognized by NGHA, Successful completion of a structured, accredited residency training program acceptable by NGHA. Certification by the appropriate specialty board approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties and acceptable to NGHA.
Total experience training and post-training should be equal to, or more than (7) years. The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a tertiary care center in Plastic Surgery after certification, Of this, at least one year should be aboard in a program acceptable to NGHA.
