Principle Duties :
Assists in providing patient care in Adult Medical Oncology , under supervision of the most responsible physician, (ward rounds, clinics, on-calls). Assists in consultations to other specialties in the hospital.
Perform Bone marrow aspirates, biopsies, and other related procedures under supervision of the most responsible physician.
Assists in prescribing and administering medications (chemotherapeutic agents), under supervision of the MRP.
Participate in the department I division educational activities (journal club, tumor board, lectures, etc).
Participate in the department / division research activities.
Participate in the hospital / department committees up on request.
Participate in training and education of rotating residents and junior staff members.
Perform and cover other duties as delegated by the chairman or division head.
Adhere strictly to all hospital policies and procedures.
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor degree from a recognized medical school.
board certification
Experience: At least (5) years of clinical experience in recognized hospital/ institution.
A registered member of Saudi Board Council (Essential)
Training certificate in specialized field.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Oncology
المهارات
English language skill: Essential.
Arabic language skill: Preferred.
Computer skills: Essential.
المؤهلات العلمية
MBBS/ Board in Internal Medicine or equivaled.
