Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Under Consultant supervision and/or responsibility provides high quality Anesthesia care and related services to patients.
Provide Anesthesia consultation services as required.
Supervise and teach Anesthetists or lower grades, both residents in training and Staff Physician.
participate in departmental and hospital teaching activities.
Participate in or generate research activities.
Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
Maintain a list of privileges, and work within the confines of their work experience and skills.
Understand and adhere to all hospital related policies and procedures pertaining to medical practice.
Participate in the quality improvement and reviews conducted by the Department of Anesthesta.
Perform other assigned duties, as appropriate.
Acquire appropriate computer skills to utilize the hospital's computerization program.
Undertake continuing medical education activities.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Education: Graduation from a recognized medical school of good standing, completion of required period of training in Anesthesia and/or subspecialty of Anesthesia, with Saudi or American/ European Board /UK Membership/ Fellowship or equivalent. Experiences:
Work Experience: Post certification experience in Anesthesia- preferably
