• Preform regular inspections of food service storage areas to ensure adequate quantity of goods on hands. Ensure contractor compliance with policies and procedures related to foodstuff storage.
• Monitor and ensure all foods and products purchased are of the best quality and meet the Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO) standards and law.
• Conduct periodical inspection of Food Service area to ensure that the contractor meets the hospital quality standard. Carry out regularly scheduled inspection of the Food Service Storage area to ensure safety and cleanliness are maintained.
• Prepare and present daily reports and findings and ensure that contractor’s compliance to the contracts terms and conditions.
• Perform other job related duties.
