Staff Physician Adult Hematology

Main duties & Responsibilities: 

1. Participate in providing patient care in Adult SCT&CT, under supervision of the senior members of the division and the MRP (ward rounds, clinics, on-calls). Assists in consultations to other specialties in the hospital.
2. Participates in consultations to other specialties in the hospital, under supervision of the senior members of the division and the MRP
3. Assists in performing Bone marrow aspirates, biopsies, and other related procedures under supervision of the senior members of the division and the MRP.
4. Assist in doing Bone marrow harvest procedures under the supervision of consultant or associate consultant.
5. Supervise stem cells collection and infusion.
6. Learns and then assists in prescribing and administering medications (chemotherapeutic agents) under supervision of the senior members of the division and the MRP.
7. Participate in the department / division educational activities (journal club, tumor board, lectures, etc.)
8. Participate in the department / division research activities.
9. Participate in training and education of rotating residents.
10. Perform and cover other duties as delegated by the chairman or division head.
11. Adhere strictly to all hospital policies and procedures.
12. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Education:

Graduate from Medical School recognized by NGHA. E

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year clinical experience in recognized hospital. E

• Arabic Language:Preferred 
• Computer Skills:Level Il
