Staff Physician ER/URGI Center

Education:

Graduate from Medical School recognized by NGHA. E

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine in a recognized institution. E

Main duties & Responsibilities: 

1. Liaison and coordination on operational issues with Nursing Leadership.
2. Liaison and coordination with Patient Experience Officer assigned on patient complaints, sick leave issuance, medical report issuance and follow up.
3. Assists in conducting annual performance appraisals of UCC department staff as requested by Center Director.
4. Participates in the maintenance of medical contingency disaster plans for the UCC.
5. Become familiar and competently understand his/her role expectations during Disaster Response (Code Black); primarily that of leading and coordinating designated Triage Teams Including medical operation, oversight emergency response and medical evacuation during his/her shift.
6. Performs other duties assigned by the Center, Director & Deputy Executive Director, which are within the post-holder's qualifications and capabilities.
