Staff Physician Intensive Care Unit

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Under consultant's supervision, participates in the critical care for patients in ICU.
• Prepares and participates in the daily routines of the ICUs, patient assessment, unit rounds, radiology conferences and ID rounds.
• Provides hospital-wide consultations under the supervision of the attending consultant.
• Intensives.
• Shares the on-call duty for the Critical Care unit as per departmental policy.
• Participates in regular Department of ICU/ education activities.
• Participates in research project within the department.
• Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

Graduate from a medical school of good standing with grade at least good; Should be trained in critical care medicine at least three (3) years with certification in acute medicine and fulfilling the criteria for Staff Physician as required by hospital regulations. - Essential

Work Experience:

One (1) year experience in ICU recognized hospital/ institution. A registered member of the Saudi Board Council. - Essential
