Assistant Consultant Nephrology

Education:

• Graduation from a medical school recognized by NGHA.
• Certification in Internal Medicine approved by the Saudi Council of Health Specialist and acceptable to the MNGHA.
• superior or above average performance in the area of patient care and teaching/ training activities.

Work Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years.

Main duties & Responsibilities: 

1. To provide high-standard care to patients with renal disease and its sequelae in the Division of Nephrology, within the Department of Medicine under the supervision of a Consultant(s)/Associate/assistant Consultant Nephrologist.
2. To participate in the delivery of health care to all Nephrology patients in the ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a Consultant/Associate Consultant.
3. To participate in the on-call coverage of the nephrology service in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Division of Nephrology.
4. To attend all the clinical, educational, and patient welfare meetings of the Division of Nephrology as established by the division. Attendance of the general activities.
5. To adhere to all rules and regulations of the Division, the Department, and the organization and to comply with all the AP Ps and IPPs.
6. To perform other relevant duties and tasks as directed by the Head of Nephrology or the Chairman of the Department of Medicine.
7. To comply with all the professional and ethical standards and express adherence to the Medical Staff Bylaws of the organization.
8. To show the expected respect, at all times, to patients, their families, colleagues, subordinates and all other members of the healthcare team.
9. Perform other job related duties.
