Main Duties And Responsibilities:
provide high quality Anesthesia care to the patient clientele.
Provide consultation services to patients as requested.
Supervise Anesthetists Of lower grades, with particular reference to staff physician ns.
Teach and supervise residents in the Anesthesia Residency Program.
participate in departmental and hospital teaching activities.
Participate in and initiate research activities.
Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
Mainta'n a list of privileges, and work within the confines of that perimeter.
Understand and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures pertaining to medical practice,
Participate in the quality improvement and reviews conducted by the Department Of Anesthesia.
perform other related duties as appropriate and as assigned.
Undertake continuing medical education activities.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Education: Graduation from a recognized medical school of good standing, completion of required period of training in Anesthesia and/or subspecialty of Anesthesia, with Saudi or American/ European Board Membership/ Fellowship or equivalent.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 (two) - Post certification experience in Anesthesia. 1year North America/ European/ Australian experience preferably.
