Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and provide application forms to applicants and assist them to fill it up. Inform and assist all applicants on the application process including copying and authenticating of their documents. Provide full and clear information to applicants.
- Responsible of the Local Recruitment Services call center. Answer calls of basic inquiries from applicants using professional telephone etiquette.
- Receive and prepare request of Primary Source Verification (PSV). Contact and follow-up Colleges and Universities, if necessary.
- Receive and forward all applications to concerned recruiter. Schedule applicants for the necessary examinations (i.e. Typing Test, etc.).
- Advertise vacant positions in the Internet, Intranet and MNGHA Bulletin Boards and ensure that these advertisements are updated all time. Verify all documents received from requesting department according to MNGHA policies and procedures.
- Contact and follow-up applicants and departments with updates either by telephone or email. Respond all inquiries made by the applicants regarding their application status.
- Perform other job related duties.
