Job Description
• Participate in the daily functions of training within the department and In-service Training for other
departments and the General Orientation Program for new MNGHA employees.
• Prepare and update lesson plans and evaluations including other instructional materials and training. Plan,
coordinate and deliver firefighter training programs and identify in-house trainer.
• Organize and oversee the classroom, or outdoor learning environment to ensure lightings, distractions, climate
control, weather, noise control, seating, audiovisual equipment, teaching aids, and safety of trainees are
properly considered.
• Provide input into the short, medium, and long term planning of department training.
• Ensure that required equipment for training is available and in working order at all times.
• Handle qualifications verification of firefighters and other fire service positions.
• Ensure overall safety of participants on training ground during drills, lectures and demonstrations.
• Evaluate and promote consistency and effectiveness of training practices throughout the department.
Recommend improvement in training programs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records and correspondence along with summaries of the training
activities.
• Carry out on-call duties with other officers and firefighters in rotation as required.
• Perform other job related duties.

Work Experience |
For High School graduate with relevant certificate:
Minimum of 10 (ten) years’ position-related experience or structural firefighting experience in similar setting/environment – Essential
For Diploma degree holder:
Minimum of 6 (six) years’ position-related experience or structural firefighting experience in similar setting/environment – Essential
Valid Saudi Driver’s License appropriate to the class of vehicle being operated – Essential
English Language Level – I – Essential
