Staff Physician Pediatric Gastroenterology

PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. To provide patient care for patients admitted to the hospital under Division of Gastroenterology in the Department of Pediatrics. The Staff Physician maybe required supervising or covering the day-to-day duties of the team's Senior Resident.2. To participate in on-call coverage in accordance with the rules and regulations of the division ofGastroenterology and the Department of Pediatrics, accepting the inconveniences associated with patient's needs during the on-call coverage and discussing patient management with theGastroenterology Consultant on duty.3. Assistant Consultant Neurology

Principle Duties:1.To provide high-standard patient care in accordance with the NGHA mission, vision and values in the Division of Neurology within the Department of Medicine under the supervision of a Consultant(s)/Associate Consultant.2. To provide inpatient care for patients with neurological disorders admitted to the hospital under the name of the Consultant whom he/she works. 3.To participate in the delivery of health care to Neurology patients in the ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a Consultant/Associate Consultant. Staff Nurse I

• Provide total, direct nursing care in accordance with the plan of care and needs of the patients with respect for the patient's privacy, dignity, personal preference and culture. Prepare, administer, and document the administration of all prescribed medication by the physician, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring and recording patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with all healthcare providers. Maintain knowledge of resources for therapeutic effects, usual dosages, contraindications, side effects and adverse reactions for all drugs and parental fluids administered. Maintain accountability for narcotics and controlled drugs. Establish realistic and measurable goals that are culturally sensitive, and identifies nursing interventions to achieve the goals. Evaluate on an ongoing basis the patient’s progress and the appropriateness of the plan of care involving the patient/family and other health team members, and update the plan as needed. Recognize when patient care needs extend beyond the limits of personal ability and consult appropriate resources.• Provide a leadership and resource role in the provision of patient care, as applicable. Act as a unit management resource, as might be assigned (i.e. care coordinators, charge nurse, team leader, etc.), initiate appropriate chain of command if unable to resolve issues satisfactorily. Ensure adequate supplies and readiness of equipment are available at all times, and report maintenance issues, broken or damaged instruments and equipment.• Practice within the established hospital and department standards, policies and procedures. Demonstrate required skills and knowledge of basic principles, strategies and tools of Quality Improvement to maintain privileging in the area of assignment. Meet the standards of care elements as approved for each nursing specialty (i.e. intensive care unit, pediatric, operating room, etc.)• Protect patient privacy and dignity at all times and maintain strict confidentiality in conformance to the organizational policy of ethics. Assistant Consultant Cardiac Surgery

Principal Duties: l. Participate in the on-call duties as a first on-call covering mainly ER and cardiac surgical wards and other specialties. 2. STRUCTURAL CIVIL ENGINEER

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and evaluate all required civil and structural drawings, technical details, specifications and scope of work for all projects. - Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals with reference to Civil/Structural works and verify that the same are being properly implemented during the construction stage of all projects. - Carry out periodic structural monitoring of all buildings which include level surveys, buildings maintenance or structural deformities report with recommendations for rectification if required, with verification of satisfactory completion. - Carry out all required Tacheometrical survey and conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with the contract documents, safe construction practices and standards and submit findings. - Carry out technical quality control and quality assurance of steel and concrete starting from factory mix design with suitable conditions applying for concrete field test and different kind of its application. - Conduct market research on modern construction materials with cost effectiveness; maintain all relevant documentations within the Technical Library as applicable. - Evaluate the structural and civil aspects of submitted “design packages” which have been prepared by outside consultants. - Act as the Person Technical Representative (PTR) when designated, for an approved sub-contracted project. - Calculate and analyze suitable configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure. - Examine structures at risk of collapse and advice on measures to be taken to improve the structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or re-building the entire structure. - Investigate ground conditions and analyze results of site tests, such as soil samples etc. - Work closely with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound and report accordingly if any concerns or defaults appear. - Performs other job related duties.
