NURSE SPECIALIST

• Demonstrate advanced nursing knowledge and clinical competence in the assigned area. CONSULTANT STROK NEUROLOGY

1.   To provide high-standard patient care in accordance with the MNGHA mission, mission and values in Neurology within the Neurology Department 2. To provide inpatient care for the stroke patients admitted to the hospital either as the MRP or as the covering physician during rest hours, weekends, holidays or vacations of the MRP, accepting the inconvenience associated with the patient needs. 3. To provide care to stroke patients in the ambulatory care facility. The duration and frequency of this service is dictated by the need and the regulations of the organization, the Neurology Department, Stroke & Cerebrovascular Diseases  4. To provide stroke consultations services to other divisions within the Neurology Department and other Departments within the organization during the regular working hours and the on call hours. 5. To perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions and procedures in patients with neurological disorders for which he/she has been granted specific privileges based on his/her training, qualifications, experience and skills. 6. To participate in interpreting and reporting the neurological procedures such as EEG, Evoked Potential and Nerve  Conduction study, and to perform EMG. 7. To participate in the on-call coverage in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Neurology Department 8. To actively participate in Quality Improvement program of the department. 9. To provide close supervision of the clinical performance of subordinates and to provide them with a role model especially those in training. 10. To supervise the Neurophysiology Technologist and train them in her/his field of experience 11. To serve in divisional, departmental and organizational committees appointed by the Director, Chairman, Department of Neurology or the Executive Management of the organization 12. To participate in scientific research, contribute into the division and department educational activities and post graduate training programs in Neurology or Internal Medicine, as well as education for Neurophysiology trainees. 13. To adhere to all rules and regulations of the Division, department and organization. Consultants are expected to familiarize themselves and comply with both the DPPs and IPPs. 14. To comply with all the professional and ethical standards and express adherence to the Medical Staff Bylaws of the organization. 15. To attend all the clinical, educational, and patient welfare meetings of the division, as established by the division.  Attendance of the general activities of the Neurology Department is also considered an important component of the job of the Neurology consultant 16. To show the expected respect, at all times, to patient, their families, colleagues, subordinates and all other members of the healthcare team. 17. To perform other relevant duties and tasks as directed by the Director of Stroke or the Chairman of the Neurology Department Education:  Graduation from a medical school recognized by MNGHA.  Successful completion of a structured accredited Residency Training in Neurology Subspecialty Fellowship Program acceptable to the MNGHA.  Certification by the appropriate Specialty Board  in the Specialty of Neurology approved by the Saudi Council of Health Specialties and acceptable to the MNGHA. Work Experience:  Minimum of   7    Total experience (training and post-training) should be equal to, or more than seven (7) years.  Should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a tertiary care center in the appropriate specialty after certification. Superior or above average performance in areas of patient care and teaching/training activities (E).  Productivity in medical research merits strong consideration.  Publications in peer reviewed journals are highly desirable (P).

Cybersecurity Specialist

• Provide high complex support on cybersecurity within MNGHA IT services including defense and resilience, industrial control system and third party and cloud computing as applicable in the area of assignment and implement all cybersecurity risk controls and applicable policies, standards and best practices to protect IT systems, data and technology assets.• Collaborate with IT departments/staff to investigate and resolve any cyber risks. Maintain a deployable cyber defense audit toolkit based on industry best practices to support cyber defense audits. Maintain knowledge of applicable cybersecurity defense policies, regulations, and compliance documents as they pertain to cybersecurity defense auditing. Coordinate with other cyber defense staff to validate network alerts• Correlate incident data to identify vulnerabilities. Make recommendations to enable effective remediation of vulnerabilities.• Carry out a cybersecurity risk assessment and vulnerability scanning on systems and assets. Prepare cybersecurity assessment and audit reports that identify technical and procedural findings, and include recommended remediation strategies and solutions. Perform technical and nontechnical risk and vulnerability assessments of organizational technology environments.• Conduct regular monitoring of cybersecurity of MNGHA system implementation and testing practices. Assess and verify the efficiency of the cybersecurity within the organization including antivirus, firewall, threat detection and other IT security in place protocols. Proactive and reactively provide solutions to threats, incidents or damages.• Use security testing and code scanning tools to conduct code reviews. Conduct or support authorized penetration testing of infrastructure and assets. Recommend cost-effective security controls to mitigate risks identified through testing and review.• Conduct required reviews, including reviews of defensive measures, according to the MNGHA’s policies.Participate in any cybersecurity related projects/programs.• Define and document the effectiveness of the implementation of a new system or new interfaces between systems on the security posture of the existing environment.• Develop and conduct cybersecurity awareness program and related materials that are appropriate for intended audiences. Coordinate with other technical departments/staff for IT security related upgrade including installation, configuration and setting up, as applicable.• Perform other job related duties.
